There are two ways to get a Vietnam business visa in China
- Apply online and get a visa on arrival at the border checkpoint.

1. Get a visa on arrival from China
Visa on arrival (VOA) is the best way for those who are living or traveling in China. To get a Vietnam business visa upon arrival, it does not require applicants to travel to the embassy/consulate or submit any physical documents.
Either you are planning to get a multiple entry visa or a single entry visa, you have to complete the same steps below:
- Fill out the secured application form with the required information and double-check before paying the visa service fee.
- Receive the visa approval letter through email within 5 working days or 2 – 3 working days for an urgent case.
- Submit the business visa letter, your passport, and completed the Vietnamese visa application form, to Vietnam Immigration Officer, and pay for stamping fee to get a visa stamp at the Vietnam border checkpoint.
2. Vietnam Embassy/Consulate in China.
