How to complete NA7 form.
The Na7 form has a fairly simple design, and divided into two main sections: the guarantor and foreigner who is sponsored. Just remember your personal information carefully and you can complete the NA7 form.
However, there are 3 table of contents you need to keep in mind:
(1) Specify the name of immigration Office where the guarantor permanently resides.
(2) The relationship with the guarantor (spouse, children of Vietnamese under 18 years old…).
(3) Certified by signature, full name, title and stamp of local police where the guarantor is permanently residing.

- Form Na8 – Information form for a temporary residence card.
- Notarized copy of the certificate that proof of family relationship (marriage certificate, birth certificate…). If the certificate was issued abroad, it have to be legalized at Vietnam Embassy/Consulate.
- Notarized copy of ID card and family record book of your Vietnamese wife/husband.
- A copy of temporary residence registration in Vietnam for the applicant.
- A valid passport
- 02 photo passport, size 2x3cm, white background, bare head, no glasses.
