1. Apply online for a visa on arrival

This is the shortest and fastest way to get a Vietnam Visa, especially for a tourist or business visa, with many advantages:

- Processing time: just 1 to 2 working days for a tourist visa; 3 – 4 working days for a business visa.
- Expedited service is available for urgent or emergency cases on the weekend or public holidays.
How does it work?
To get a visa on arrival, applicants need to complete only 03 simple steps as below:
- Fill out the application form online and make a payment for the service fee.
- Get a visa approval letter after processing time.
- Print out this visa letter and submit it with your passport upon arrival airport to get a visa sticker into your passport.
2. Apply directly at Vietnam Embassy in Japan
There are currently 01 Vietnam Embassy and 02 Consulate offices in Japan. That means your Vietnam visa application or consular legalization can be processed more quickly and conveniently than you are in a country without the Vietnam Embassy or Consulate.
