- Processing time: just 1 to 2 working days for a tourist visa; 3 – 4 working days for a business visa.
- Expedited service is available for urgent or emergency cases on the weekend or public holidays.
How does it work?
To get a visa on arrival, applicants need to complete only 03 simple steps as below:
- Fill out the application form online and make a payment for the service fee.
- Get a visa approval letter after processing time.
- Print out this visa letter and submit it with your passport upon arrival airport to get a visa sticker into your passport.
2. Apply directly at Vietnam Embassy in Malaysia
There is currently 01 Vietnam Embassy office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. That means your Vietnam visa application or consular legalization can be processed more quickly and conveniently than you are in a country without the Vietnam Embassy or Consulate. - Processing time: 3 – 5 working days. It should be noted that all of the Vietnam Embassies/Consulates are closed on the weekend and public holidays.
