YOU ARE CURRENTLY STAYING IN VIETNAM. THEREFORE, YOU ARE REQUESTED TO EXIT FROM VIETNAM PRIOR TO YOUR RESUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS. What you should do on this case? Let’s take a look on this post!
What’s Vietnam Evisa?
Requirements to apply for this type of visa are very simple as applicants only need to provide a scanned copy of their passport; portrait; complete in the necessary information; pay the fee and wait for processing (normally 3 business days). Also this type of visa is very cheap and applies to all countries in the world, so it attracts many users, for all purposes of entering Vietnam.
Vietnam E-visa has a maximum validity of 90 days. However, there are many foreigners who are working, visiting relatives, “retired”… and need to renew their visa. And did you know that according to Vietnamese government regulations, E-visas are only issued to “foreigners staying abroad”. That’s why many applications will “request to leave the country to get a visa” or even be rejected.
How long is the processing time to receive a new visa?
When you fall into the situation of “being asked to leave the country”, the time to get a new Vietnam E-visa is the same as when you apply for a new visa – mean at least “3 working days” after you leave the country and “edit” to resubmit your visa application to the government.
So how to get a new visa and do visa run within a day?
I have briefly explained, you probably understand why you cannot get a visa, or even get rejected, while you are still in Vietnam. Many visa agents explain that you are “blacklisted” so you cannot receive a visa….how silly!?
In case you fall into this situation, you should not “edit” your visa application. Instead, you should contact a visa agent – like me, and required for an urgent visa. Of course you still have to leave the country, but immediately after leaving the country, they will use the visa code to solve for urgent visa services. And instead of having to wait outside Vietnam for couple days (usually 3 working days), you can return to Vietnam “same day”.
Why should you not “edit” your visa application yourself?
– An application for correction can only be made once, and if you do it wrong or refuse to leave the country, your application will be rejected.
– Also we can help you adjust the visa duration as well as the appropriate departure schedule so you can arrange your trip to apply for a new visa. For example, if you submit your visa starting from February 1, 2024 but you want to leave earlier, on January 30, 2024, we can edit it to suit your schedule.
– In addition, we can also change the checkpoints, for example, if you choose the entry point to apply for a visa on arrival Tan Son Nhat airport, instead we can change the route and switch to applying for a visa at Moc Bai borderland.
How long does it take to process an urgent visa?
Normally, we can process and send you a new visa 3 – 4 hours after you leave the country. For example, you are living in Ho Chi Minh and in a situation when “you need to leave the country to get a new visa”. After confirming the schedule, you can depart from HCM at 5am to Moc Bai, and arrive at borderland around 8am. After leaving the country, and waiting at the Cambodian border; and notify us; we will apply urgently and send you a visa at around 12pm. After that, you can re-enter Vietnam, present a new visa valid for 90 days, and return to HCM immediately afterwards. This means you will be in HCM around 3pm. So a visa run has been completed.
