- Receive the visa approval letter through email from 2 – 3 working days in the normal cases or 1 – 4 hours in emergency cases.
- Submit the visa letter, your passport, and completed the Vietnamese visa application form, to Vietnam Immigration Officer, and pay for stamping fee to get a visa stamp at the Vietnam border checkpoint. That’s all.
2. Apply directly at Vietnam Embassy in Norway

The Embassy does not work on the weekend, in both Vietnam and Norway public holidays. If a public holiday falls on a weekend, the nearest Monday and Tuesday is usually taken instead.
