- Submit the business visa letter, your passport, and completed the Vietnamese visa application form, to Vietnam Immigration Officer, and pay for stamping fee to get a visa stamp at the Vietnam border checkpoint.
2. Vietnam Embassy/Consulate in Denmark

Hours of operation (Consular/Visa Section): 09:30 to 12:30 pm from Monday to Friday.
The Embassy does not work on the weekend, in both Vietnam and Denmark public holidays. If a public holiday falls on a weekend, the nearest Monday and Tuesday is usually taken instead.
