Either you are planning to get a multiple entry visa or a single entry visa, you have to complete the same steps below:
- Fill out the secured application form with the required information and double-check before paying the visa service fee.
- Receive the visa approval letter through email within 5 working days or 2 – 3 working days for an urgent case.
- Submit the business visa letter, your passport, and completed the Vietnamese visa application form, to Vietnam Immigration Officer, and pay for stamping fee to get a visa stamp at the Vietnam border checkpoint.
2. Vietnam Embassy/Consulate in Czech Republic
There is currently 01 Vietnam Embassy office in Czech. That means your Vietnam visa application or consular legalization can be processed more quickly and conveniently than you are in a country without the Vietnam Embassy or Consulate. Below is the contact information for the office.

The Embassy does not work on the weekend, in both Vietnam and Czech public holidays. If a public holiday falls on a weekend, the nearest Monday and Tuesday is usually taken instead.
Before applying for a Vietnam visa, make sure your passport has a minimum of 6 months validity and left pages.
