1. Get Visa on Arrival from Russia

Visa on arrival (VOA) is the best way for those who are living or traveling in Russia. To get a Vietnam tourist visa upon arrival, it does not require applicants to travel to the embassy/consulate or submit any physical documents.
Either you are planning to get a multiple entry visa or a single entry visa, you have to take the same steps below:

  • Fill out the secured application form with the required information and double-check it before confirming and paying the service fees.
  • Receive the visa approval letter through email from 2 – 3 working days in the normal cases or 1 – 4 hours in emergency cases.
  • Submit the visa letter, your passport, and completed the Vietnamese visa application form, to Vietnam Immigration Officer, and pay for stamping fee to get a visa stamp at the Vietnam border checkpoint. That’s all.

2. Apply directly at Vietnam Embassy in Russia

There are currently 02 Vietnam Embassy and 01 Vietnam Consulate office in Russia. That means your Vietnam visa application or consular legalization can be processed more quickly and conveniently than you are in a country without the Vietnam Embassy or Consulate.
